Due to high order volume and my high standards for quality control, and that I am a one-woman show with no employees, processing may take 3 weeks, and up to 21 BUSINESS days (Monday - Friday) if your order contains preorder items, sometimes longer depending on demand/popularity. Please have grace with Jaq as she has been getting a viral amount of orders as of recent. I rely on your patience and support as I navigate this increase in business, and trust that I am working hard to get your magickally crafted products ready for you. Orders containing customs, spellwork, or readings may also take an extra bit of time, as they require scheduled time and energy.

FASTER SHIPPING DOES NOT MEAN FASTER PROCESSING TIMES. SHIPPING TIME IS ADDITIONAL TO PROCESSING TIME, JUST LIKE ALL OTHER SMALL BUSINESSES. You will receive an automatically generated email at the time that your order is packed/fulfilled that will contain tracking information.

YOU MOST LIKELY WILL NOT HEAR FROM ME UNTIL YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. THIS IS NORMAL. Feel free to contact me via EMAIL, if it is pertaining to your order. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MAKE SURE THAT IT IS CORRECT AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. If USPS can not validate your address I will contact you for the corrected info. I WILL ONLY CONTACT YOU 3 TIMES!! If after THREE emails you do not respond, I WILL refund you UNLESS it is a preorder item. IF IT IS A PREORDER ITEM OR YOUR ORDER CONTAINS ANY PREORDERED ITEMS YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If you enter the incorrect address and your order has already shipped, YOU will be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier/usps.com with your tracking number to fix it. This is NOT my responsibility and I will not fix it for you if your order has already shipped. I am a small business and I do not have the time to fix 100's of mistakes or contact dozens of people. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED BY USPS OR ANY OTHER MAIL CURRIERS. ONCE THE PACKAGE SHIPS IT IS OUT OF MY CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS TO IT. I CAN SEE THE DELIVERY STATUS USING YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION. IT IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE TIMELY WITH RETRIEVING YOUR PACKAGE ONCE IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED. People, even neighbors, can be shady - keep an eye on your mail and your package deliveries. I am not responsible for delivery delays once your package is with the mail currier. Please contact the post office, front desk, clerk, apartment office, doorman, roommates, friends, family, neighbors and baby/house/pet sitters for missing packages - Once it has been delivered I CAN NOT HELP YOU. 

Please check your tracking numbers frequently, they will be emailed to you automatically once your label has been printed and your order packed. Make sure that someone is home/able to receive the package upon delivery to lessen the chances of theft. If your tracking number doesn't update within 72 hours of being shipped, you can refer to USPS' website to complete a help request form. After 7 days of completing the form, if your tracking information has still not been updated, you can then submit a missing mail request on USPS' website - https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

If your package is returned to sender, I will attempt to contact you TWICE, if you do not respond after the second attempt your order will NOT be refunded under any circumstances - however you will receive an account credit for ONLY HALF of your order total, NOT including shipping or taxes. If you do respond after your email has been returned back to me, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. SO PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS OR DOMESTIC FEES AND SHIPPING. BEFORE ORDER PLEASE CONSIDER THAT YOU MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES/FEES TO PICKUP YOUR PACKAGE, SHOULD YOUR COUNTRY REQUIRE. 

IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS PREORDER ITEMS IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED WITHIN 21 BUSINESS DAYS. THAT IS 21 MONDAY - FRIDAYS, THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY AND SUNDAYS WHICH ARE WEEKENDS. IF YOU EMAIL AND ASK ME FOR A REFUND OR TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND IT IS WITHIN 21 DAYS FROM WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE DENIED. BY ORDERING PREORDER ITEMS YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS. YOUR PAYMENT IS A BINDING CONTRACT THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. REVERSE YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU WILL BE HEXED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT. THANK YOU.

Items are cleansed, cleaned, sanitized and blessed before shipping. 

Allergies: My shop is fully operational from inside my CAT FRIENDLY HOME. There is next to nothing that I can do to keep out pet hair/contact. My home is not allergy controlled. My products contain possible allergens. These allergens may include seeds, nuts, roots, herbs, florals, oils, botanicals, spices, fruits, vegetables, shellfish, and other food grade ingredients - again, my shop is 100% operational from INSIDE my home. All of my products are handcrafted and stored inside my home. All items are stored separately but within close proximity to each other. I can NOT guarantee that anything is 100% free of allergen particulates. If you have severe allergies please just avoid purchasing my products. I also can not guarantee that ANY of my products are 100% pet safe, because I do work with and store herbs, botanicals and roots that are toxic to some animals. 

LASTLY.. DON'T STEAL FROM A WITCH.

This fully includes attempting to recreate or resell any of my products as your own.
