Think of Jaq's Witchy Ways as stumbling into a folk witch's private seaside woodland apothecary–the shelves are stocked with small batches of slow-crafted curios that I myself in my sun-dappled, sea-kissed apothecary, crafted. Each one made with luxury organic ingredients I've sourced and real organically grown herbs & botanicals from my own garden sanctuary, from plant spirits I have whispered & tended to in relation with for months.

Each curio infused with sacred spellwork, protective charms, love and ancestral care. I gift surprise samples and blessings with orders because you're part of my community, not just a customer. Each package is accompanied with a thoughtfully written thank you note, often times accompanied by a tarot or oracle card, sometimes botanicals & crystals, and packaged with eco-friendly materials.

While some shops focus on fast shipping, keeping up with trends, getting their next viral moment, or new items every week––my work leans deep, slow, and intention-heavy. There's nothing wrong with doing things other ways, it's just not Jaq's witchy way. Here, everything is hand-crafted by me, and steeped in the energy of old-world-like eclectic magic, weeks of rituals & spirit tending, offerings, and many curios even made to order! Nothing ever rushed, no proper techniques or practices every compromised––the focus is always on my responsibility to the quality, my dedication to the practice, the spirits, and my customers.

If you're a new practitioner, my kits and oils are like training wheels for real spellwork – simple to use, but serious in energy.

If you're experienced, you'll find curios that respect your craft and unfold seamlessly into your own practice.

This isn't an "add to cart, light it once, & forget-about-it" kind of shop. It's handcrafted, no-nonsense magic for witches & practitioners who want their tools to actually do the work––who want to feel their magic deepen, to see real, tangible shifts in their lives.

Though most of my products are crafted to be skin-safe (check individual descriptions to confirm), Every body is unique & magical in its own way. I craft with natural, luxury ingredients & test my products for safe, topical use–but I cannot guarantee that your skin will love every herb, oil, or butter as much as mine does. Always patch test before full use. If you have any allergies or sensitivities please reach out to me before purchasing. For medical conditions, or if you use prescriptions, consult your doctor before use.

I always spend a number of weeks, sometimes months, testing products & asking close friends to test curios as well, to make sure they are safe, reliable, and effective, before anything reaches your altar!

- The preservation of old-world witchery & soulful craftsmanship & artistry in a world that often prioritizes speed, mass production, and instant gratification over care, connection, community, creativity, and our relationship & stewardship of Mother Earth.

- Eco-conscious packaging & low-waste practices & material sourcing. Many skincare & witchy curios are often packaged in the cheapest & lightest materials, usually disposable plastics that contain toxins, and not only am I committed to the care & health of my customers, but also sustainable practices for the protection of nature & Mother Earth, often reaching for reusable glass packaging, biodegradable cornstarch peanuts, corrugated paper wrap, & other eco-conscious substitutes & selections, limiting our reliance on single use & plastics as much as possible. And of course always researching for the next best alternative!

Your investment isn't just for a product–it's my sole income, how I make ends meet & provide for my family & community, as well as for the energy, time, quality, and soul that I pour into every single curio & order that I craft, that mass-produced shops use can't quite ever match!

Jaq's Witchy Ways' creations are slow-crafted, original formulations that blend ancestral folk knowledge, herbal study, and my own unique spellcraft & experiences. Some ingredients are proprietary or protected for spiritual reasons–these blends are part art, part ritual, & fully sacred.

- All major allergens (nuts, seeds, etc.) are disclosed for safety.

- If you have specific allergy concerns, please email me before purchase and I can confirm whether a product is safe for you.

- I also work with lesser commonly known herbs, roots, & curios that are often closely related to common allergens that are lesser known to others, & as an extra layer of protection, I ask customers to disclose their allergens with me to avoid interactions with those closely related & possibly unbeknownst to them, as well as consideration when adding additional gifts with purchase, & free samples to orders.

Treat your curios like you would treat a living apothecary:

- Store oils, sprays, and balms in a cool, dry space, out of direct sunlight & humidity.

- Keep away from heat sources & open flames.

- Use clean, dry hands or droppers to avoid contamination.

*Most items are shelf-stable for 6-24 months when stored & used properly.

I used to offer limited spellwork & readings, and they only ever appear when my energy and spirit team allow it. As of right now, I am not currently offering any form of spellwork or readings at this time, nor in the foreseeable future.
