This just in! Our newest curio has officially hit the shop, crafted with our hearth witches & hometending practitioners in mind – this all new unique curio is a fun new way to light up the hearth of your home & work magic with the spirit of fire!
 
As someone who constantly spends hours tending to the spirit of my home, & working hearth-magic at my wood-burning stove – it suddenly struck me this winter, that I wanted a way to work magic into this threshold at the heat of my home in a quick & easy way – thus this idea for spellcrafted fire starters!
 
Designed to place atop kindling within your fireplace, wood-stove, or bonfire (can you say hello camping season witchery?!?) These brilliant little fireballs are intended to be lit much like a candle at their cotton wick, & placed within your firepit to ignite your kindling & awaken the spirit of fire!
 
These are crafted using the cardboard/recycled paper cartridges from our eggs that would otherwise be recycled afterwards – filled with cedar wood shavings, newspaper shreds, & botanicals, hardened over with beeswax & incantations!
 
We are currently offering 4 blends – 3 of which are pet & human safe & non-toxic (safe for burning within the home in well ventilated spaces).
 
This makes it easier to not only ignite your fire & get it started, but also brings a spiritually intentional aspect to this practice of creating fire! 
 
These can also be incorporated in altar-workings by burning them within fire-safe (large, I recommend at least 10-12" deep) cauldrons! You must keep these in safely contained spaces if you choose to practice this way – it required keen attention, awareness, fire-safe practices, & responsibility! These ignite a massive flame... remember, they are intended & designed for use in large fireplaces, wood-stoves, & fire-pits – all of which are designed for burning logs in large but safely confined spaces, so heed with caution!
 
Intentions ~
Barbed Wire (protection) - Use to ignite the spirit of fire to create protective boundaries that surround the outside of the home, creating an energetic force-field to ward the home/space. This blend is pet safe & contains Rose, Rosemary, & Marshmallow Leaf with Frankincense essential oil.
Hearth Harmony – Use to awaken hearth spirits & connect with them thru fire to invoke calm & healing energies into the home, reestablishing energetic stasis, creating a harmonious & grounded energy within the home/space. This blend is pet safe & contains lemon balm, passionflower, marshmallow leaf, & vetiver essential oil.
Ancestral Devotion – Use to honor & connect with ancestral spirits, by tending the hearth space of the home; calling in protection, giving offering, & igniting a spiritual link to the ancestral well. This blend is pet safe using a blend of rose, mullein, cornflower, & rose essential oil.
Psychic Prophecies - Use to open a psychic portal thru the spirit of fire, encouraging fire scrying – calling forth messages, premonitions, & signs upon & beside the fire. Crafted to aid in awakening intuition, psychic & clair-abilities, & to receive prophetic advisement through divination. This blend is NOT* pet safe, it is a blend of mugwort*, damiana, & dandelion root, with blue lotus* essential oil. Please do not burn this blend around or in spaces with pets, even when ventilated. Mugwort & lotus are extremely toxic when burned around animals.
 
 
These fire starters come in packs of 2, they take a couple minutes to fully ignite - but once they do they are almost entirely engulfed in flames & thus should immediately be placed in their designated safe-burn space once lit.
